The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 registered under Sections 400, 401, 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
