The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 22.06.2022, whereby while granting bail to the petitioners in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 173 of 2020, the petitioners were directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that they could not surrender within the time framed. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners and the contents of the modification application, the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47675 of 2022(2) dt.07-09-2022 2/2 Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioners. The order dated 22.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52874 of 2021 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
