JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Vice Chancellor of the University is the appropriate authority to address the grievance of the petitioner and the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the Vice Chancellor of the University.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Vice Chancellor of the University. In case such representation is filed along with a copy of this order within one month from today, the Vice Chancellor will decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a maximum period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.
