The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner kidnapped his sister Phool Kumari Devi but Phool Kumari Devi made her statements under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and she disclosed that she herself left the house and solemnized marriage with the petitioner and nobody kidnapped her.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
