JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mahila (Siwan) P.S. Case No. 167 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the present complaint case has been lodged after delay of three weeks without any explanation. Petitioners are the members of the in-laws family of the victim. During investigation father of the victim assured the police to produce the victim. During investigation nothing has come to suggest complicity of these petitioners in the alleged offence. Entire prosecution story is baseless and concocted. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Case No. 167 of 2014 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
