This is an application for modification of the order dated 10.08.2009 passed by Hon'ble Mr.Justice V.N.Sinha in Cr.Misc.No.9886 of 2009, by which his Lordship had granted anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code but the petitioner did not furnish the bail bond within specified period.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an old lady and is suffering from different disease.

Be that as it may, the petitioner has approached this Court for modification of the order after delay of about 11 years.
