2. Counsel for the State submits that in the showcause, the State has come with the clear stand that payment has been made to the petitioner in compliance of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that full compliance is has yet to be made and family pension has not been started yet.

4. Upon hearing the pleadings of both the parties, it transpires to this Court that the order about payment of admissible due has been made. For other grievances, if petitioner is dissatisfied, he has it liberty to pursue further.
