JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 27-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is submitted that the name of the petitioner and others has appeared in the confessional statement of accused Shankar Pandit, who shot fire at the mother of the informant and also at Rahul Kumar. The fire shot made by Shankar Pandit proved fatal to the mother of the informant and in the similar facts and circumstances, co-accused Rajiv Yadav has been granted bail vide order dated 13th February, 2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5946 of 2015 and Akash Kumar Singh @ Akash Kumar has been granted bail vide order dated 16th February, 2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42304/2014.

No.6688 of 2015 (2) dt.27-02-2015 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner, Ajit Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Smt. Rachna Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S.Case No. 60/2014 with following conditions :- I) One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
II) The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.
III) The petitioner will be well represented in the Court.
IV) In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
