Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.06.2014 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Neither petitioner is named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession and furthermore, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade and it appears that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.
