The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended along with other accused persons and from the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol was recovered. Petitioner is in jail since 29.06.2014.

It is submitted that after being arrested in the present case the petitioner was remanded in five more cases of similar nature.

Considering the fact that one loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7109 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 and for that he has remained in jail for seven months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Madhepura P.S.
