The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. On information to the police that the miscreants are preparing to commit dacoity, raid was laid when from the co-accused arms and ammunitions were recovered, but from the possession of the petitioner Samsung mobile was recovered. It is alleged that the said mobile was used in preparation to commit dacoity.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10715 of 2015 (02) dt.24-03-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015.
