The petitioner seeks bail in Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 124 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Birendra Singh with spear in his abdomen and Hira Singh. It is submitted that Birendra Singh has got simple injury. Hira Singh did not get any injury. There is counter version bearing Akorhigola P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10454 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 No. 125 of 2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 124/2014.
