The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.920 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in the present case. On perusal of seizure list, it would be evident that illicit liquor was recovered from the house of Pappu Kahar. The petitioner has got one criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be

No.2705 of 2021(2) dt.29-10-2021 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.920 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
