On earlier occasion, the counsel for the petitioner had submitted that during pendency of this writ application, the sole petitioner has died and this Court, vide its earlier order dated 9.5.2019, had directed the counsel for the petitioner to take steps for substitution of the sole petitioner but, even after six weeks, the substitution petition has been filed by the petitioner and it appears that no such substitution application will be filed. In that view of the matter, the present writ application cannot be proceeded with in absence of the substitution application.

This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed as

Patna High Court CWJC No.12910 of 2012(5) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 having become infructuous.
