JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2016 A supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner bringing his criminal antecedents on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is in jail since 08.02.2016 in a case registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the first information report nor anything appears to have been recovered from his conscious possession. Furthermore, the impugned order goes to show that the petitioner was arrested in connection with a case of Arms Act and after that he was remanded in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail
