JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 This application has been filed seeking direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to issue original certificate of having passed Intermediate examination, held in the year 2014.

From the writ application, it does not appear whether the petitioner, before coming to this Court, had approached the Bihar School Examination Board, raising a grievance by way of representation.

Mr. S. Arshad Alam, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board, on the basis of instructions which he has received, submits that the petitioner's

Considering the said stand on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board, this application is disposed of. It is, however, observed that if the petitioner has still any grievance in respect of the said result, he shall be at liberty to approach the Grievance Redressal Cell of the Bihar School Examination Board.
