JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 14.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of committing theft of the auto rickshaw of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was the driver of the alleged auto rickshaw and due to dispute for non-payment of the wages the petitioner has been roped in the present when the alleged auto rickshaw was found parked in the police station. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7766 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 789 of 2014.
