Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased. The first information report goes to show that his relation was not cordial with the deceased and subsequently, due to intervention of the family court, deceased went to her matrimonial home where she was allegedly killed by the petitioner.

Son of the petitioner, at para 10 of the case diary, specifically, stated that the petitioner assaulted the deceased with Sabal and post mortem report of the deceased reveals that several injuries were found on her person and cause of death was head injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24108 of 2016 (3) dt.14-07-2016 on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case no. 41/2015 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad stands rejected.
