The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the complaint petition, petitioner along with other co-accused persons in connivance with the each other cheated the complainant in name of opening of forged account and did not give Passbook and even after payment of loan amount of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand), the petitioner along with others were running the forged account in the name of complainant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

The complainant did not sustain any financial loss. Complaint has been filed after repayment of his entire loan amount which has been credited to his loan account.

Counsel for Complainant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is sufficient material in the record against the petitioner. He further submits that entire transaction were carried out by the petitioner. Considering the fact that no financial loss has been caused to the complainant, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 37 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
