The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.85 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(1-AA), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was recently rejected on merits on 21.10.2014 in Cr. Misc. No.39574 of 2014. I see no reason to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
