JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. representing the State.

The petitioners want to renew their prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 15.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47911 of 2015 on the ground that the petitioners are in custody since 27.08.2015 and 13.08.2015 respectively and up till now, only two prosecution witnesses have been examined and in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded. The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail, again the prayer of bail of the petitioners stands rejected in connection with Sikraul

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24750 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 06 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Buxar. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
