JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2016 This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. Earlier anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. 5441 of 2016 dated 18.3. 2016.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Hence, the present bail application on behalf of the petitioner is to be considered. The said compromise petition is Annexure-3 to the present application.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there has been specific allegation against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, there is no fresh ground for consideration of anticipatory bail of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24180 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 the petitioner, same is rejected.

Any how, if the petitioner surrenders in the court below, i.e., Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna, in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case no. 147 of 2015, same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order taking into account that the parties have already compromised. (Sudhir Singh, J) sudip/- U T
