Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 499, 402 and other sections of the I.P.C.

It is submitted that petitioner was apprehended by the police on chase. It is also submitted that petitioner is in jail since 3-3-2014. It appears that petitioner has got criminal antecedent but he is in custody for one year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari , in connection with Mufassil P.S,.
