2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhanour P.S. Case No. 48 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge Excise Act, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
