It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to unforeseen circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender within the aforementioned time fixed in the order.
Considering the submission made by the petitioner, let the time fixed in the order dated 15.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4769 of 2016 be extended by a further period of four weeks from today so as to facilitate the petitioner to surrender.
