Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Maheshkhunt PS Case No. 11 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 461/34 of the IPC.

Submission is that except expressing suspicion against the petitioner there is no other material, nothing has been recovered from his possession and he has no criminal antecedent, besides this he is in custody since 24.1.2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Payal Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM III Khagaria in connection with Maheshkhunt PS Case No. 11 of 2018.
