JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 03.09.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 387, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of the first information report, it appears that informant was examined before the court below and he failed to identify the petitioner in the court. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, except Bihpur P.S. Case No. 285 of 2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
