The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that sessions trial was going on, but due to misinformation, the petitioner could not remain present in the court during the evidence, as such, his bail bond was cancelled. Even thereafter, he could not get information about the stage of the case and as such, he was arrested and he has been in custody since 30.06.2014 and it is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Considering the incarceration of the petitioner, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6216 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- with two genuine sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Lakhisarai in Sessions Trial No.188 of 2010 arising out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.13 of 2006 with the following conditions:
1.
The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.
2.
The petitioner will be well represented in the court.
3.
In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
