Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-B) A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner and one co- accused Sunil Singh were caught by the police while they were going on a motorcycle and two country made pistols kept in a bag were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and has no concern with the alleged recovery and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 8.2.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate
