Patna High Court MJC No.51 of 2018 (3) dt.28-03-2018 Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Motihari within a period of thirty days from the date of order i.e. 22-11-2017. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to some unavoidable reasons, they could not prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority. Hence, they pray for further thirty days time to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority. Considering the grounds mentioned in the application, the petitioners are granted further thirty days time to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority from today.
