Petitioner happens to be unmarried sister in law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 20.01.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although, there is allegation that petitioner as well as husband of the deceased used to pass sarcastic comments against the deceased and also tortured her but taking note of this fact that father in law of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
