2. This writ petition has been filed praying for arrears of salary from March, 2012 to June, 2012 as well as the current salary of the petitioner for having worked as Peon in the office of respondent No. 4 / The Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works Division, Benipur, Darbhanga.

3. The respondent Nos. 1 to 5 have filed a counter affidavit, wherein, it has been stated that the petitioner's joining as Peon in the office of respondent No. 4 was on the basis of forged

Patna High Court CWJC No.14776 of 2012 dt.25-10-2024 2/2 documents. It was for that reason, the salary of the petitioner has been stopped.

4. No reply has been filed by the petitioner, controverting the stand of the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 that the petitioner's joining as Peon in the office of respondent No. 4 was on the basis of forged documents.

In view of the above and having taken note of the fact that the petitioner has not filed a reply to the counter affidavit of the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 that the petitioner's joining in the office of respondent No. 4 was on the basis of forged documents, I find no merit in the writ petition and the same stands dismissed being devoid of merit.
