2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):
"i) For a direction to respondents authority to retire the petitioner as per the date of birth 02.01.1960 (Second January Nineteen Sixty) mentioned in the Service-Book as per the date of birth of school certificate disposing the pending representation.
(ii) For a direction to the respondents authority to quash the order dated 13.11.1997 whereby and whereunder the date of birth of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.19791 of 2012(4) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 petitioner mentioned in the Service-Book has been changed as 25.10.1952 (Twenty five October Nineteen Fifty Two) passed by The Samadesta, Bihar Home Guard Mukhyalaya, Bihar, Patna and same was not communicated to the petitioner as per the information communicated by the Samadesta, Bihar Home Guard Samastipur.
(iii) For a direction to any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner be found entitled to"
3. No one appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 25.8.2025 when this Court recorded the following order: "No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent-State is present.
2. This is an old mater of the year 2013 (sic) and still the petitioner is not showing interest in appearing and pressing the writ application.
3. One last indulgence is being granted to the petitioner, flailing (sic) which on the next date, the Court may consider dismissing the writ application on merits.
4. Put up this case on 15.09.2025."
