After hearing sound of firing near Chandni Chowk, informant who was on patrolling rushed and came to know from the persons assembled there that this petitioner along with Chotu Kumar, Vikash Kumar and Sonu Kumar @ Sonua arrived at premises of Gopal jewellers and fired, however, none sustained injury.
It is apparent from Annexure-2 that other co-accused have already been granted bail vide B.P. No.1155 of 2014 as well as 1252 of 2014 by the lower court itself then in that event, the learned lower court should have also granted bail to the petitioner instead of rejecting.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19973 of 2015 (3) dt.02-07-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Sikandar Singh @ Neriya @ Thigna is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (FCI) P.S. Case No.299 of 2014.
