Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tajpur P.S. Case No.115 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant is said to have received secret inputs that Ranjeet Kesri and Arjun Kumar @ Rabri had stocked liquor in the orchard of Gurudwara and on such a search was made and huge quantity of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant has not disclosed the source of information nor anybody saw the petitioner dumping the liquor in the orchard of Gurudwara. There is absolutely no material against the petitioner save and except the so called secret information said to have been received by the informant that the petitioner had

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46396 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 kept liquor in the orchard. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IInd-cum-Special Judge Excise Act, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S.
