1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP-18.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner died during pendency of the writ application and none of her legal heirs resides in India. It is next submitted that despite best efforts, the learned counsel could not contact the legal heirs of the petitioner, as such, seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to file afresh, if need arises.

3. Permission is accorded.
