The petitioners are in custody since 11.04.2016 in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47A of the Excise Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as the huts from where recovery of 60 litres each of country made liquor has been made did not belong to them. The alleged occurrence is prior to the recent Amendment in the Bihar Excise Act. The petitioners have already suffered more than three months in custody.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the
