2. The petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2015 in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 366A and 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and no overt act has been attributed to him. The thrust of accusations is against co-accused Raj Kumar Rai and his wife Shila Devi, both of whom have been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 9853 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 11862 of 2016, respectively.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 4th, Samastipur in connection with S.T. No. 139/2016 arising out

Case No. 180 of 2015 with condition that the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date and if he fails to do so on three consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
