The petitioner is languishing in custody since 31.01.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of committing dacoity in the office of Financial Company.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was apprehended on 30.01.2014 and thereafter he was being taken by the police for identification by the informant and other witnesses. The photograph of the petitioner was also taken by the police. The petitioner was put on T. I. Parade on 11.02.2014 though during T. I. Parade, the petitioner has been identified by two witnesses. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is an accused in one
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9191 of 2015 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2 / 2 other case apart from the present one.
Considering delay in putting the petitioner on T. I. Parade and period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 383 of 2013.
