Having regard to the order passed by the Sub-Judge IVth Saran the Court does not find any merit in the writ petition. The Court below while rejecting the application for amendment has noted that there is absolutely vague application not

Patna High Court CWJC No.2157 of 2013(4) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 supported by any material as such, the Court refused to allow the application for amendment. The Court on appreciation of the entire material on record does not find any infirmity in the order dated 16.11.2012.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed. If the law does not preclude the petitioner from using the documents by placing on record as exhibit for proper adjudication, he may be permitted to place the documents on record in the pending proceeding.
