Petitioners seek bail in a case under Sections 304B, 328, 120B and 34 IPC.

The father of the deceased made allegation that all the accused persons administered poison to his daughter on 5.10.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and there is no eye witness of the occurrence. The deceased happens to have committed suicide. In post mortem report, the doctor did not find any external or internal injury on the body of the deceased. The petitioners are in jail since 7.10.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the deceased, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
