The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kesaria P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 354, 504, 506 and read with section 34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34829 of 2017 (3) dt.01-09-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-XI, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kesaria P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
