2. Since the day the writ petition has filed on the first date i.e. 09.01.2013, that matter was heard by a co-ordinate Bench, on the ground of illness, the same was adjourned.

3. On 23.01.2013, again time was taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner. This followed on 07.02.2013, 08.03.2013, 06.05.2013 and on 16.10.2015, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court taking note of the non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, dismissed the same for nonprosecution.

4. It was subsequently, restored vide an order dated 06.09.2017 in MJC No. 3301 of 2015. However, on 25.02.2023 and 31.10.2023, no one appeared and on 30.11.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner appeared but sought adjournment. Again on 04.01.2024, no one had appeared.

5. Today also on call, no one appeared.

6. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) kiran/- U
