No case of quashing of cognizance order is made out. Hence, this application for quashing the order dated 13.02.2013 passed in connection with G.R. Case No.207 of 2012, arising out of Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.19 of 2012, by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, is dismissed.
