2. The petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2016 in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 390 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 120B, 420, 463, 464, 466, 467, 463, 470, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the background of ongoing litigation between the parties who are all relatives of each other.

4. Considering however that the Assistant Settlement Officer, Darbhanga in his letter dated 18.07.2014 has informed that the order dated 08.07.2012 in Title Suit No. 4323 of 1988 as well as the certified copy of the khatiyan dated 30.06.2013 have not been
