Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 524 of 2010/122 of 2010 arising out of Hasua P.S. Case No. 79 of 2010 registered under Sections 302 and 394 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected on 12.03.2014 by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 32712 of 2013 with direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible preferably within one year, but till today, trial has not been concluded. It is further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14145 of 2015 (3) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 submitted that petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2010, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J. AdhocIII, Nawada in connection with Hasua P.S. Case No. 79 of 2010 corresponding to S. Tr. No. 524 of 2010/122 of 2010.
