The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Khaira (Nagra) P.S. Case No.166 of 2017 registered under Sections 448, 323, 324, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the first information report has been instituted on 24.06.2017 for the occurrence which is alleged to have taken place on 20.06.2017 as also the fact that the petitioner is cousin brother of the alleged victim and a defence has been taken of false implication due to land dispute, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
