The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation theft was committed in the Branch. Heavy amount of Rs.11,00,000/- was stolen away.

Apprehension has been shown that no theft was committed rather with the connivance of the staff money has been misappropriated. First Information Report was lodged by the Regional Manager of the Company. Other co-accused , namely, Manoj Kumar and Raj Kumar have been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 23796 of 2016 and 24321 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32606 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2016 respectively.

In such view of the matter, let petitioner, Deepu Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar), in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No.116 of 2016, G.R. No.603 of 2016.
