Mr.Yogendra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) Police Station Case No.50 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 436, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the petitioners in the morning of 17.05.2015 came near the house of the informant Savitri Devi to unload the soil from the tractor. When the informant made protest, then they started to abuse and misbehave. In spite of raising objection by the nearby people of the informant, the petitioners put the fire in the house of the informant.

No.44475 of 2019(2) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, the petitioner no.1 has also lodged Sanokhar (Amdanda) Police Station Case No.49 of 2015 against the informant of the present case and others on 17.05.2015 under Sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 504 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code, due to that reason, the informant has implicated the petitioners in the present case. Moreover, the informant has also filed a compromise petition in the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) Police Station Case No.50 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
