1. Heard the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one person, who is below her in the departmental Graduation/seniority list published in 2016 as well as in 2019, has been made In-charge Chief engineer, ignoring the petitioner.

3. A representation in this regard has been made to the Principal Secretary of the Public Health Engineering Department (Respondent No. 2) on 22-5-2023, which the authorities are not acting upon.

4. Since the issue is only of consideration of representation and there is no adjudication called for,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10671 of 2023(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 application need not be kept pending.

5. Respondent no. 2 should take decision on the petitioner's representation in accordance with law and pass reasoned and speaking order within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. Writ application is dispose of with the aforesaid direction and observation.
